Three private entrances at the same address.

Fiddlers Roost

Upper entrance with the glass door leading upstairs.

Blue Ridge Haven

Main-level entrance behind the gray wooden slats on the porch.

New River Hideaway

Entrance on the large main front deck.

Extra parking is below the main front deck, behind the gray house. Pull forward as far as you can so others can pass. Tell us if your group has more than one vehicle.

Quick house tips while you’re here.

Trash

  • Bins are down the walkway, below the front deck.
  • Extra liners are under the kitchen sink.
  • Stays of 5+ days: put bagged trash at the end of the driveway Tuesday night for Wednesday pickup.

Extra bedding

  • Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows for sofa beds are in the closets.
  • Blue Ridge Haven extras are in the bathroom storage cabinet.

Heat & A/C

  • Fiddlers Roost: thermostat on the wall left of the kitchen entrance.
  • Blue Ridge Haven & New River Hideaway: remotes in bedroom and living room. Keep both on the same mode (both Heat or both Cool)—they cannot run opposite modes at once.

TV & streaming

  • Open the live TV guide with the left arrow on the remote.
  • Smart TVs include Netflix and Amazon Prime Video—log into your accounts, then log out before you leave.

Bikes & snacks

  • Ask ahead for complimentary bikes and helmets (New River Trail or downtown).
  • Basement bike storage with a security lock and EV bike hookups.
  • Help yourself to coffee pods, snacks, and waters in the fridge.

Friendly reminders

  • No smoking — use outdoor areas if needed.
  • No pets — we keep the property allergy-friendly.
  • Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
  • No parties or large gatherings.
  • Park carefully so others can pass; tell us about extra vehicles.
